Day 1: Almaty
Silk Road tour will start from Kazakhstan. When you arrive, you will be met and transfer to the city. Travelers will have a guided tour and learn more about history and development of the Southern capital of Kazakhstan. Gusts will drive to the Green Bazaar where they can find fresh oriental goods and of course bargain. The tour will be continued admiring the oldest Almaty parks - Panfilov Park, where one of the most gorgeous wooden buildings in the world as Zenkov Cathedral is situated. The next destination is visiting Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, devoted to the reminiscence of the troops who perished for self-determination and liberation of the country. In the afternoon we will drive to the Medeo Gorge. This is the only place where the highest mountain skating rink in the world and the dam is located. Afterwards we will see Kok Tobe hill where the tallest TV tower in the world is located. Guests can end day by the short ride from the top of the hill to the center of the city by the famous Almaty cableway. Night is in a hotel.
Day 2: Almaty - Issyk - Almaty
In the morning we will travel to see picturesque gorges of Trans Ili Alatau - Issyk Gorge located lengthwise the Kuldja tract. Here you can admire the pristine nature and history of this region and see the burial mounds of Saka period. Here is the famous "Golden Man" was found. Today it is the national symbol of Kazakhstan. Then you can visit the State Historical and Cultural Museum Reserve "ISSYK". Being there you will find traces enthusiastic to the history and culture of the Saka period, comprising a copy of Golden Man and golden items, ancient ceramics, weapon, rudiments of horse equipment, as well as the model of Saka burial mound. The tour will be continued to an altitude of 1756 meters above sea level where you can see the gorgeous mountain lake Issyk. The lake is originated about 10,000 years ago because of vast landslide, occasioned in creation of the natural dam of 300 meters in height. Transfer to a hotel for rest.
Day 3: Almaty - Bishkek
In the morning is transfer to Bishkek. Bishkek city is the capital and the largest city of Kyrgyzstan and located at about 800 meters (2,600 ft) altitude neighboring the northern range of the Kyrgyz Ala Too range. This range is a wing of the Tian Shan mountains, which rises up to 4,855 meters (15,928 ft) and brings a remarkable background to the city. This whole day is devoted to a city tour of Bishkek. It contains visiting Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala Too Square, the National Arts Museum, National Philharmonic, and so on. Night is in a hotel.
Day 4: Bishkek - Burana - Issyk Kul northern shore
The tour will start by travelling to Issyk Kul Lake, enclosed by the heavenly mountains. It's the second largest alpine lake in the world of 1608 m. above sea level. The lake is called "the pearl of Central Asia". Because of the salty water, the lake acquires remedial abilities. On route to the lake you will visit Burana Tower and an open-air museum of Balbals. It is also called stone warriors. It is a minaret belonging to the 11th century. On the way you will admire beauty of panorama and take vibrant photos. Rest is in a hotel.
Day 5: Issyk Kul lake - Karakol
Today is a trip to Karakol city. While travelling we will visit ancient stone inscriptions of the 800 B.C. These petroglyphs were found more than 2 000 years ago by witchdoctors. The tour will be continued to the northern shore of the lake to the town of Karakol. We will visit the Dungan mosque built in a Chinese style. No single metal nail was used during construction. The mosque will be followed by a visit to an old wooden Orthodox Church. Overnight is in a guesthouse.
Day 6: Karakol - Jeti Oguz - Issyk Kul southern shore - Bishkek
Guests will drive to Jeti Oguz gorge. This amazing place will impress travelers by its red rocks creations, called Seven Bulls. There the Broken Heart Mountain is located here. Go on a top of a mountain spending 20 minutes to see a panorama view of the gorge. The tour will be continued to Bokonbaeva village. Here you can meet a local eagle-hunter. He will show you an eagle hunting and then you can take photos with them. The skill of eagle hunting passed from generation to generation. Then we will return to Bishkek. Night is in a hotel.
Day 7: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Bishkek
In the morning we will drive to Ala Archa gorge and admire beauty of Natural Park. Long time before the access to this place was strictly controlled by government. The Ala Archa gorge is located on a spur of the Tien Shan mountain range. It will take 45 km from Bishkek to reach to this unique place. Being there travelers can have a short hiking tour and relish beauty of panorama. Later we will return to Bishkek. Night is in a hotel.
Day 8: Flight
In the morning is transfer to airport.
